Spore: A Future Direction in Sandbox Games
Everyone should go look at http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8372603330420559198&q=spore. This is an amazing video that I was pointed to by my friend Tim. I must be seriously out of touch with the game industry lately, 'cause I had no idea this game was even in the works. I am breathless with anticipation for this game, which is scheduled to be released Q4 2006.

ups, I just posted almost the same entry. I see that is not just me and my "geek friends" the only ones that have gone mad after watching that video...
If all we've seen is true, it's going to be a new step in videogames... the first almost 100% player content oriented game (except Second Life).
